Ngozi Ebere Says Signing For Paris Saint-Germain Is Dream Come True

French club PSG Ladies has announced the signing of Super Falcons defender Ngozi Ebere for two seasons according to information released on the club’s website yesterday.

Ebere joins Paris Saint-Germain from Rivers Angels F.C after choosing Paris as her first experience of playing abroad.

The former Bayelsa Queens star commented on her new contract on the official PSG website “I am here to give the best of myself and to win trophies. I am very motivated by this new challenge that awaits me here in Paris. It’s a dream come true. “

Farid Benstiti, PSG head coach, welcomed the arrival “Ebere is a Nigerian who plays left-back. It will be the complement of Laure Boulleau, which was much in demand during recent seasons. She has great potential and qualities that was shown in the last World Cup. She will need time to adapt, but her qualities will enable her to be ready fairly quickly.” Benstiti stated on the club’s website.

The 24-year old player recently represented Nigeria at the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2015 in Canada in which the African nation earned only a point from a very tough Group D.
