Top officials of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), will meet on Friday in Lagos, to decide on a foreign coach for the Super Eagles.
The meeting will be overseen by President Amaju Pinnick and will have NFF vice-presidents, Seyi Akinwunmi and Shehu Dikko, as well as NFF technical committee chairman Chris Green in attendance.
“They will meet to possibly decide on a short list of coaches who have applied for the vacant Eagles post and also the modalities for their engagement,” a source told sport reporters.
Pinnick’s personal choice is believed to be former Cameroon coach, Paul Le Guen.
A permanent coach for the Eagles is expected to be confirmed next week.
