The federal government has appealed to justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja to further adjourned the case between the federal government and former National Security Adviser (NSA), Col. Sambo Dasuki, to enable the Attorney-General and minister of justice appear in the matter.
Justice Ademola had last week summoned the AGF to appear before the court to explain why Dasuki was placed under house-arrest despite a court order that granted him permission to travel abroad for medical treatment.
The case has been adjourned to November 23, 2015 to enable the AGF appear.
