Justice Oluwatoyin Ipaye of the Lagos State High Court in Ikeja will on November 23 rule on a preliminary objection filed by the national publicity secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, Chief Olisa Metuh against a N500 million libel suit slammed on him by the minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed.
Justice Ipaye fixed the date yesterday after lawyers to the two parties, Wahab Shittu and Chief Emeka Etiaba (SAN) argued and adopted their processes.
Mohammed had filed the suit accusing Metuh of making some defamatory statements against him in a press release.
