The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on Tuesday fixed Sept. 25 and Oct. 2 for the two semi-final matches for the 2016 men’s Federation Cup Competition.
A statement issued by Ademola Olajire, Assistant Director of Communication of the federation, said that the first semi-final would hold on Sept. 25 between Crown FC of Ogbomosho and FC Ifeanyi Ubah of Nnewi.
It said that the match would be played at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna.
The second semi-final, according to it, will be between Nigeria Professional Football League club sides – Nasarawa United and Enyimba FC of Aba – and will take place on Oct. 2, at Adamasingba Stadium, Ibadan.
The football body also announced that the women’s semi-finals would have Rivers Angels against Nasarawa Amazons at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu.
The second match, it said, would be between Delta Queens and Bayelsa Queens at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri.
The statement said that both matches would be played on Sept. 21. (NAN)
